A few of these products are new and some are oldies but goodies that I rediscovered. I also have a couple of products that I consider regrets because I regret buying them.
I purchased this from wayfair.com for Neveah. It’s a growth chart that you can have personalized with your child’s name.
Neveah was asking non stop for a growth chart. She said she wanted to see how big she was growing. This is a perfect way of tracking your little ones growth without having to mark on the wall.
I believe I’ve mentioned this product before, but I’m obsessed with it. It’s a daily use product for me. You can spray it on before applying your makeup if your skin is dry (or even if you’re going bare-faced to add some moisture to your skin). I mostly use it after applying my makeup. It sets my makeup beautifully. It makes my skin look glowing without looking oily or too dewy. The best part is it’s only $7 for a 4 oz bottle!
This was something I bought at Target for my kids. They love bath time. The markers are super easy to wash off. I just use a wet cloth and the color washes right off. Neveah has a blast with these!
It’s a really glittery highlight so beware. I’m typically not a fan of glittery highlights because they accentuate the pores, but I love his product to highlight the body. You know your shoulders and chest.
This is an oldie, but goodie. The first primer I ever bought when I first starting wearing makeup and to this day I still use it. It does a great job at masking my pores. The only thing I don’t like is the weird flower smell.
I received this product in my February ipsy bag. It’s a thick and creamy concealer that does a perfect job of covering up dark circles. A little product goes a long way!
I received this product in my L’Oreal extraordinary oil voxbox. It’s a good serum to use on wet or dry hair. I prefer to use it on my hair to add some shine especially after I’ve curled it or when I’ve gone a few days in between washing.
Quay Australia sunglasses
I bought two pairs of sunglasses from Quay (pronounced k-e-y) because I saw them being hyped up on Instagram and Youtube. And, of course I wanted to be like all the cool kids and jump on the bandwagon. Well at first I thought oohh cute super cute glasses and style….
Both pairs of glasses seemingly started to fall apart. The frame on my Vespers sunglasses fell out! Straight just fell out. I was so upset I tossed that shit in the garbage can. The logo on my BARNUN glasses fell off.
AND GET THIS.
I EMAILED THE COMPANY RIGHT AND I RETURNED THE GLASSES AND THEY SENT ME A NEW PAIR. I thought okay good. We’re good Quay.
AND THEN GUESS WHAT HAPPENED!
THE FUCKING LOGO FELL OUT AGAIN. ANOTHA ONE?! REALLY?!
DAMN QUAY BACK AT IT AGAIN WITH YOUR CHEAPLY MADE SUNGLASSES.
For $40-$60 sunglasses I at least expect decent quality not crappy 10 cents China made glasses.
I have a cheap $5 pair of sunglasses I bought 3 years ago from Styles For Less that are NOT broken despite being used a lot.
Who knows where Quay is making their crap sunglasses all I know is BUYER BEWARE. YOU DON’T GET REFUNDS.
Benefit Cosmetics Erase Paste
This used to be one of my favorite concealers, but it just doesn’t cut it for me anymore. I’ve had the concealer for a year now and have barely made a dent in it because I rarely use it. It just doesn’t do a good of job as my Nars creamy radiant concealer or even Maybelline’s Age Rewind concealer. Total regret.
